Reunion Fees
We ask that attendees pay a registration fee to cover a portion of the costs we expect to incur as well as pay a minimal fee for RV parking in the group area. There will be five meals provided throughout the weekend and no charge for any activities while onsite. We are hoping that family members will also consider making a donation or sponsor part of the reunion to assist with the costs. You will see those options on our website as well. Fees can be paid through the secure, online portal of this site or be paid upon arrival at the reunion. The cost for us to accept payments through this site are 5.9%. If you are unable to pay any fee but would still like to attend the reunion, please send an email to brewin2017@gmail.com outlining your circumstances and arrangements will be made. Your email will be private and confidential. We do not want prevent any Brewin family member attending simply because of financial concerns.
